Dr. Ivan Williams, Sr.

Dr. Ivan L. Williams, Sr. was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Oakwood College, in Huntsville, Alabama, with an Associate of Science degree in Communications in 1985 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology in 1986. In 1988 he graduated from Andrews University, in Berrien Springs, Michigan, with a Masters of Divinity and from Commissioned Officer Training School USAF in 1996. In 2002, Williams graduated from Squadron Officer School Air University in Residence and from Claremont School of Theology, in Claremont, California with a Doctor of Ministry degree. His dissertation dealt with pastoral burnout and renewal in Seventh-day Adventist ministry.
