What originally started as a radio program, Brighter Hope Ministries, Inc, has blossomed into a multifaceted media ministry organization. Our national radio presence includes a weekly 15-minute program and one minute “Hope Nuggets.” We also have a television program currently airing in the Sacramento area.

Our website is designed to offer hope, inspiration, and resources for families, youth and pastors. We provide weekly devotionals, sermons and seminars. We also host a Speaker’s Bureau where our acclaimed and anointed facilitators can come to your organization or church and minister.

Brighter Hope has a particular burden for mentoring and empowering our youth, especially those in the inner city that may feel they are without hope. We provide instruction, discipleship, and activities to help them stay off the streets.

We will be sponsoring a summer camp for inner city youth where they will learn conflict management, money management, career development, and life principles.

Dr. Ivan Williams, Sr.

Dr. Williams serves as the senior pastor of the Capitol City SDA Church in Sacramento, California. He serves as a Chaplain for the California State Assembly, and as a Chaplain (Major) for the 149th California Air National Guard Rescue Wing. He is president of Brighter Hope Ministries, Inc. and can be heard nationwide over the Lifetalk radio network. Read Bio.

Pastor Andrea Trusty King

Pastor Andrea King earned her Masters of Divinity from the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University in Berrien Springs Michigan. While at the Seminary, she and her husband served as Associate Pastors at the Highland Seventh-day Adventist Church in Benton Harbor, MI.Currently, she is the Co-Pastor of the Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist Church in San Diego, CA and the vice president and co-founder of Brighter Hope Ministries, Inc.
